“Good Health” is an important thing that MON has always pay attention to. The company encourages employees to exercise through the Run for Health activity. The objective is to build exercise behavior of employees in the organization to have better performance in transportation work, such as the ability to move, strong muscle, including reducing accidents from work due to physical infirmity to reduce the chance of product damage and increase efficiency in providing better service. The company participated the project into a competition and supported research with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation and the Thai Transport and Logistics Association (TTLA) in 2023. MON won Wellness Organization Role Model of Logistics Industry award 2023 and attended the ceremony to receive a plaque and certificate of honor from Mr.Apichart Prairungruang, Chairman of the Land Transport Federation of Thailand on January 20, 2024.
