The company organized an Employee Communication Activity or called “Town-hall”, for the year 2023 on 8-11 December. The activity was held in both online and in-house meeting formats so that all employees could participate in the activity from every site on the same day and time. On the day of the activity, Mr. Karsten, Ms. Sirimon, Dr. Wikrom and Mr. Waiyawut be the representative of Management team and communicated with all MON employees regarding the company’s operating results in 2023, the executives mentioned the continuous growth of the business and there were some obstacles in some periods. Therefore, we request all employees to follow the strategies and goals of the company actively in order to grow the business sustainably. The company would like employees to focus on the importance of “Fundamental” or truly understanding the work process at the foundation level. So that employees could work efficiently and effectively until they have “Mastery” or expertise that covers all aspects of related work, work improvement and initiate new innovations continuously and leads to the “Promise” or promise to customers that the company can deliver quality service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
In addition, the company stand beside of the employee to listen employee sound about their work problems in order to consider improvements together to meet the company’s direction and goals. Including creating happiness for employees by the HR department representatives receive policies from the Executive team to initiate various activity plans and communicate them to employees.
